To obtain a polyolefin-based resin foam which has excellent antistaticity and its persistence even in the form of the foam.
This polyolefin-based resin foam is produced by foaming a resin composition (C) comprising a polyolefin-based resin (polypropylene-based resin) (A) and a polymer antistatic agent (B) comprising an olefinic block (B1) and a hydrophilic block (B2). The olefinic block (B1) is preferably a propylenic block, and the hydrophilic block (B2) is preferably a polyether-based block. The ratio (wt. ratio) of the olefinic block (B1) to the hydrophilic block (B2) is preferably about 80/20 to 20/80. The ratio (wt. ratio) of the polyolefin-based resin (A) to the polymer antistatic agent (B) is about 70/30 to 99.5/0.5. The resin composition (C) preferably exhibits the following dynamic viscoelasticity characteristic : LogG'=αLogω+β (α exhibits 0.9≤α≤2; βexhibits 1.5≤β≤3.6).
