Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based resin sheet excellent in fabrication quality of e.g. bending workability, punching workability, whitening resistance or abrasion resistance as a resin-coated steel plate, useful as e.g. building material, and good in balance by including a matrix forming component and modifying agent in a specific ratio.
SOLUTION: This sheet comprises (A) a crystalline polypropylene-based resin adapted to form a matrix and having a crystal melting peak temperature of ≥130°C only, (B) a flexible polypropylene-based resin, as a modifying agent, ranging from 30 to 70% in the sum of a mesopentad fraction and racemopentad fraction according to 13C-NMR spectrum, controlled in stereoregularity and having a molecular chain wherein a crystalline block and amorphous block are mixed, and/or (C) either a copolymer of a conjugated diene and vinyl aromatic compound having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C its hydrogenated derivative, wherein the weight ratio of the components satisfies the equations of A to (B+C)=(75 to 90) to (25 to 10) and C≤15.
