Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polyolefin resin compsn. having excellent bending modulus of elasticity, Izod impact strength, and rheological properties in a melted state.
CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin resin compsn. comprising: (i) 100 pts.wt. olefin polymer at least part of which has been modified with an unsatd. org. acid or/and a deriv. thereof; (ii) 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. carboxylate of at least one group Ia, group IIa metal of the Periodic Table; (iii) 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. hydroxide or oxide of at least one group Ia, group IIa metal; and (iv) 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin.
