PURPOSE: To obtain a molding resin composition excellent in processability and good in properties, by mixing a high fluidity polyolefin resin having a specified melt index with a fibrous cellulose.
CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprising a vegetable fiber based on a fibrous cellulose and the following polyolefin resin. Said polyolefin resin is a high-fluidity polyolefin resin having a melt index (as measured according to the condition in Table 1 of JIS K 2710 or the condition in Table 1 of ASTM D 1238) of 20W100. As the polyolefin resin used, polypropylene homopolymer resin, polypropylene copolymer resin or polypropylene-based resin are especially preferable. Said vegetable fiber is added in an amount of preferably 20W60wt%, based on 100wt% total composition.
