Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polyolefin resin foam which has a small heating dimensional change rate and is excellent in heat resistance.
The method for producing the polyolefin resin foam includes: extruding a melt of a resin composition including a mixed resin including 20-80 wt.% of a polyolefin resin having a melting point of 140-180°C and 80-20 wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer having a melting point of 140-180°C, a bubble nucleating agent, and carbon dioxide as a foaming agent, thereby obtaining a poyolefin resin foam having a dimensional change rate at 140°C of 5% or less in terms of absolute value.
