Title:
POLYPEPTIDE INDUCING PRODUCTION OF INTERFERON-γ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3629264
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide inducing production of interferon-γ on immunocompetent cell, a DNA encoding the peptide, a recombinant DNA including the DNA and a transformant, and a method of production for a polypeptide using the transformant.
SOLUTION: The invention includes the polypeptide having a specific amino acid sequence, the DNA encoding the polypeptide, a replicatable recombinant DNA comprising an autonomous replicatable vector and the DNA, the transformant comprising the recombinant DNA properly transformed into a host, and method for producing the polypeptide comprises culturing the transformant in a culture medium and collecting produced polypeptides from the cultured product.
