Abstract:

To obtain a polypeptide that has hardly adverse effect, is produced without requiring such a high technique and a plenty of people, promotes plasmin activity, t-PA activity and urokinase activity and a use thereof.

The polypeptide promotes thrombolysis and has an amino acid sequence equal to or substantially equal to a specific amino acid sequence, its amide, its ester or its salt. The antibody against the polypeptide is obtained. The detection of the polypeptide, etc., comprises using the antibody. The thrombolysis promoter contains the polypeptide.
