A polypropylene-based resin composition for a packaging film of a heat sterilization food includes: a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A) that contains a specific propylene-based polymer component obtained by multistage polymerization and propylene-ethylene random copolymer component; and a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (B) that contains a specific propylene-based polymer component obtained by multistage polymerization and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component, wherein a weight ratio of the copolymer (A) to the copolymer (B) is 95/5-30/70.
