This foamed molding body comprises a skin 1 and a polypropylene bead foamed body. The skin 1 comprises a vinyl chloride resin extreme surface layer 11 formed by slush molding and an intermediate layer 12 which is integrally formed on the inner face of the extreme surface layer 11 by slush molding and contains 50-85wt.% of vinyl chloride and 50-15wt.% of thermoplastic olefin elastomer. As the skin 1 is formed by slush molding, a skin having a complicated shape can be easily molded. Also, as a locally thin part is not generated, irregular transfer of the foamed body caused by the local thinness of the skin can be prevented.
