Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a PP fiber mat substantially not causing the creases and the change in the dimension in the production processes and capable of being easily recycled.

CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene fiber mat is characterized by comprising polypropylene fibers and binder fibers interlaced with and hot-adhered to the polypropylene fibers, the binder fibers being hot-adhesive conjugate fibers comprising crystalline polypropylene and a low melting point polymer containing a copolymer containing propylene as a main component in an amount of ≥15wt.%.
