Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a cement formed body with excelling in bending strength and Charpy impact strength by using high strength polypropylene fiber with good diffusivity which normal alkyl phosphate alkaline metal salt is given to high strength fiber highly drawn at high temp. by using polypropylene with narrow molecular weight distribution and high stereoregularity.
CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene fiber which is drawn yarn of highly crystalline polypropylene with <5 Q value (Q: weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight ratios), 97<HI<100 boiled n-heptane insoluble matter (HI: wt.%) and 94<IPF<100 isotactic pentad fraction (IPF: mol.%) and which has >6gr/denier breaking strength and on which an alkyl phosphate alkali metal salt is stuck accounting for 0.05-10wt.% of fiber weight is used as reinforcing material.
