Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve flowability and obtain a molded article high in mechanical strength and rigidity even when a high-molecular-weight polypropylene is used for injection molding.SOLUTION: A polypropylene is immersed in xylene at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time and then dried at a predetermined dry temperature for a predetermined dry time. As a result, MFR (melt flow rate) of the polypropylene is improved, making it possible to improve flowability and obtain a molded article high in mechanical strength and rigidity even when a high-molecular-weight polypropylene is used for injection molding.SELECTED DRAWING: None
