Abstract:

To provide a resin composition with high plant degree and low environment load exhibiting excellent heat-resistance of a polystyrene based resin having a syndiotactic structure to the maximum, and a molded article thereof.

The syndiotactic polystyrene based resin composition includes (B) 1-150 pts.mass of a polylactic acid based resin, (C) 0.01-15 pts.mass of an acid-modified polyphenylene ether resin and (D) 1-80 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin other than the polystyrene based resin having the syndiotactic structure and a rubber-like elastic body relative to (A) 100 pts.mass of the polystyrene based resin having the syndiotactic structure. The molded article is prepared by molding the syndiotactic polystyrene based resin composition. Dairy necessaries containing it, especially a lunch box and chopsticks are provided.
