PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass-colored polytrimethylene terephthalate composition containing carbon black uniformly dispersed in the resin, and to provide a method of production for the same.
SOLUTION: This composition includes the polytrimethylene terephthalate as a principal ingredient and 5-50 wt.% based on the total weight of the resin composition of specific carbon black absorbing benzoic acid on the surface.
