Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastomer excellent in weather resistance and continuous moldability.SOLUTION: There is provided the polyurethane elastomer obtained by reacting and curing a mixture containing a polyol composition (A), aliphatic polyisocyanate (B), an urethanization catalyst (C), a piperidine-based photostabilizer (D) and a phenolic antioxidant (E). (A) contains polyether polyol (A1), polyether polyol (A2) and bivalent alcohol (A3), (B) contains dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (B1) and trifunctional aliphatic polyisocyanate having an NCO group percent content of 15 to 20% (B2), the content of (B1) is 60 to 80 wt.% and the content (B2) is 20 to 40 wt.% based on the total weight of (B), and the weight ratio of (D)/(E) is 35/65 to 49/51.
