To obtain an aqueous polymer composition for forming a coating film having <0.4 dynamic friction coefficient, high adhesiveness to a substrate, excellent photooxidation resistance, frication resistance, low water absorption and with a thin thickness in dry.
A coating film having dry lubricating properties is formed on a rubber, a plastic, a metal or glass by using a thermally crosslinkable fluorinated polyurethane obtained from an aqueous dispersion of a cationic oligourethane which is composed of a branch-containing thermally crosslinkable (per)fluoropolyether as a base and is formed from (a) a polyisocyanate having an NCO functionality larger than 2, (b) a bifunctional hydrogenated monomer, (c) a bifunctional hydroxylated (per)fluoropolyether and/or (e) a monofunctional hydroxy- or carboxy(per)fluoropolyether or a monofunctional hydroxy(per) fluoroalkane.
