To obtain a two pack type resin composition comprising a specific modified polyisocyanate prepolymer and a polyol, giving coating films excellent appearances, water resistance, weather ability, water repellency and hardness, when or after coated, free from residual tackiness, and useful in the fields of industrial machines, buildings, etc.
This polyurethane resin coating composition comprises (A) a silicone-modified polyisocyanate prepolymer obtained by reacting (A1) a compound having one or more polyorganosiloxane groups and one or more, especially two to four, active hydrogen groups in the molecule with (A2) a polyisocyanate such as a polyisocyanate having an isocyanurate ring and on the average 2.4-3 isocyanate groups in the molecule, (B) a polyol such as a silicone-modified polyol obtained by reacting an alkoxysilane compound with a polyol and, if necessary, further (C) a catalyst such as a tin organic metal compound.
