Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. improved in resistance to thermal aging and excellent in compression set.
CONSTITUTION: This resin compsn. is obtd. by thermally melt mixing and kneading a vinyl chloride polymer, a polymer polyol, an isocyanate compd. having at least three isocyanate groups, barium stearate in an amt. of 0.7 pts.wt. or higher (based on 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride polymer; the same applies hereunder), zinc stearate in an amt. of 0.4-2.5 pts.wt., and tetraphenyl polypropylene glycol diphosphite in an amt. of 0.2-1 pt.wt. under a shearing stress.
