To reduce the number of required workers in SPCU pump and an F/D facility and to improve plant economy based on rationalization by sharing one system of SPCU (suppression pool water purification system) pump and an F/D (overdemineralization tower) with a plurality of nuclear power generation plants.
In a constitution comprising left-half and right-half plants with each one nuclear power generation plant, for example, a left half and a right half are called plants A and B, respectively. Each FPC (fuel pool watercool purification system) pump is installed at the plants A and B as an FPC pump 6 and an FPC pump 106, and one system of a shared SPCU pump 15 and a shared F/D 16 is installed for two plants. The shared SPCU pump 15 is connected to the S/P 5 of the plant A and the S/P 105 of the plant B via pipes 41 and 141, respectively, and can suck the pool water of the S/P 5 and S/P 105 as needed.
