Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the heat characteristics and mechanical characteristics of a porous ceramic layer system.SOLUTION: The layer system provided by this invention has two layers as porous layers, and has a precisely controlled suited porosity. The layer system at least includes: a substrate; a metallic bond layer on the substrate, particularly directly present on the substrate; an oxide layer optionally directly present on the metallic bond layer; an inside ceramic layer on the metallic bond layer or the oxide layer having a porosity of, by volume, 8 to below 15%, particularly, 9 to below 14.5%, more particularly 11 to 13%; and an outside ceramic layer having a porosity of above 15 to 22%, particularly, 16 to 20%, more particularly 18%, particularly, being an outermost ceramic layer.
