Title:
多孔質セラミックス焼結体およびそれを用いた用途
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7374530
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a porous ceramic sintered body excellent in communicating property, a method for producing the same and an application using the same.SOLUTION: A porous ceramic sintered body of the present invention is composed of an oxide ion and electron mixed conductor, and has communicating pores, and has the open porosity of 19% or more and 81% or less, the relative density of 19% or more and 80% or less, and a pore diameter of 0.5 μm or more and 100 μm or less. A method for producing such a porous ceramic sintered body includes the steps of: mixing the above ceramic particles with starch in a dispersant containing at least water; heating a mixture in the temperature range of 50°C or more and 150°C or less; keeping a gelatinized body in the first condition satisfying the temperature range of -5°C or more and 10°C or less and then keeping it in the second condition satisfying the temperature range of -10°C or less; drying an aging body to remove the dispersant; and firing a molded article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
