To provide a porous film capable of reconciling excellent low fouling with water permeability.SOLUTION: In a porous film having an uneven structure with protrusions and recesses on the surface, an average number density of such a protrusion is 1.0-4.0/μm2 that a cross-sectional area of the protrusion is 0.01 μm2-0.10 μm2, on a plane whose height from a reference surface of the surface is 50 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
