PURPOSE: To obtain a porous floor material hard to be slid and improve durability by connecting two kinds or more of bulk materials having different affinities with thermo-setting resin in the liquid state at the ordinary temperature with this thermo-setting resin and molding the mixture into the porous floor material.

CONSTITUTION: Thermo-setting resin 4 in the liquid state at the ordinary temperature and two kinds or more of bulk materials 2 and 3 having different affinities with the thermo-setting resin 4 are connected. In this case, the thermo-setting resin 4 and the bulk material 3 having a lower affinity with it are mixed in advance, then the bulk material 2 having a higher affinity is mixed. The mixture is molded to manufacture a porous floor material 1.
