Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing device for a porous insulator which improves communicability and includes a shape maintenance function and a shutdown function, and a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing device for a porous insulator 10 comprising: application means for applying, to a surface of a substrate, ink containing a polymerizable compound, porogen and a solid 12 of a lower melting point or a glass transition point than a polymer of the polymerizable compound and not containing filler particles excluding resin particles; irradiation means for irradiating the substrate, to which the ink is applied, with any of non-ionization radiation rays, ionization radiation rays, ultraviolet rays and infrared rays or heating means for heating the substrate to which the ink is applied; and removal means for removing porogen. In the manufacturing device for the porous insulator, porogen is a liquid-state substance which is capable of dissolving the polymerizable compound and in which the polymer of the polymerizable compound is phase-separated with progress of polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
