Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sintered porous packing material and its production method are provided to improve water permeability, water retention ability, mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, and to help solve heat island effect by being suitably placed to the wall and the rooftop of a building or construction. CONSTITUTION: The sintered porous packing material is produced by: preparing a mixture(A) for a porous water retention layer by adding water to a raw material mix comprised of 40-70wt% of a clinker ash having a particle diameter of 7mm or less, 15-30wt% of hydraulic cement and 15-30wt% of glass powder; preparing a mixture(B) for a porous reinforcing layer by adding water to a raw material mixture comprised of 50-90wt% of crushed magnetic ceramic, 5-25wt% of hydraulic cement and 5-25wt% of glass powder; layering a porous water retention layer made of the mixture(A) and a porous reinforcing layer made of the mixture(B) and molding the resulted multilayered article; curing and drying the formed article; and calcining the dried article.
