Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve operation of a portable communication equipment such as a portable telephone set.
CONSTITUTION: The portable telephone set 1 has a reception part 3 at the upper part on the front surface of its housing 2, a display part 5 below the reception part 3, a keyboard 6 below the display part 5, and a transmission part 4 below the keyboard 6, and also has an antenna 7 on top of the housing 2. Further, an incoming key 8 is provided at a right upper part in the keyboard 6 and a recessed part 10 is formed on the housing 2 while surrounding the incoming key 8 from the left flank of the housing.
