According to the container, the inside of a container body is partitioned into a liquid material filling compartment and a liquid material releasing compartment via a sealing material. The releasing compartment has an opening for making the releasing compartment open to the outside, a bellows structure expanding/contracting part for expanding or contracting the releasing compartment and filling compartment, respectively, and a puncturing element for puncturing an outlet for the liquid material on the sealing material. The contraction of the releasing chamber by the expanding/contracting part makes the puncturing element puncture the outlet on the sealing material.
