The portable telephone apparatus 1 is provided with: a case main body 2; an ear phone 3 having a code 3a attached to the case main body so as to be inserted/extracted into/from it and an insertion part 3b arranged at the top end of the code so as to be inserted into the ear; a voice output means for outputting a voice from the ear phone; a storage chamber 5 for storing the ear phone, and for reflecting the voice output from the ear phone on the internal wall, and for amplifying air vibration due to the voice; and a cover part 6 fixed to the case main body so as to be displaced between a closed position where the storage chamber is closed and an opened position P2 where the storage chamber is opened, and equipped with a diaphragm 6a vibrating due to the amplified air vibration.
