Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transport handling, maintenance and inspection by attaching the pump driving motor and weighing pump among the parts constituting a foaming machine on a liftable stand.
SOLUTION: In a foaming machine 1, a pump driving motor M, a pump P, a primary heater H and an operation control panel 3 are attached on a stand 2 with castors. As the mechanism for lifting the stand 2, a link type lifter system is used and made liftable by a manual hydraulic pump Pm and a hydraulic cylinder C. Operation oil is sent to the hydraulic cylinder C by the manual hyudraulic pump Pm to raise the stand 2 and a manual valve is changed over to allow the stand 2 to fall under its own weight. By this constitution, maintenance/inspection can be easily performed and, when a piping on a suction side is set as a fixed piping, the liquid dripping of a raw material liquid can be suppressed and a raw material can is easily replaced.
