Abstract:

To provide a portable information processor which can speedily and easily access desired information anywhere at any time according to the situation.

This system consists of an information transmitter which is installed in a body and transmits an ID, an information DB 4 which manages and provides information on maps, etc., and a portable terminal 2, which receives the ID from the information transmitter 1 and transfers the ID to the information DB 4 together with a request and data from a user. Then the processing result of the information DB 4 is received and answered to the user. The information DB 4 always sends information, ID by ID. The information transmitter 1 and portable terminal 2 select and receive information corresponding to the set ID among pieces of sent information. The information transmitter 1 stores the information received from the information DB 4 and provides the information at a request from the portable terminal 2.
