To provide a portable laser light vertical application device capable of simply, stably and vertically irradiating an optional object surface with laser light, excelling in accuracy of the application direction, being an assembly type, and efficiently manufacturable.
The portable laser light vertical application device includes: an application guide means 1 manufactured by arranging a bearing 14 and a rotating tubular body 15 incorporated in the bearing 14 in a hollow part of a cylindrical member 12 including a diameter-increased end 11 to be pressed against an object surface, and including a guide hole 13 at the center part; and a laser emitter 2 connected to the rotating tubular body 15 of the application guide means 1 and capable of irradiating the object surface with the laser light through the guide hole 13 from an emission part 23 arranged nearly on the center axis of the guide hole 13, wherein the rotating tubular body 15 and the laser emitter 2 of the application guide means 1 are connected to each other by a joint mechanism J capable of changing and adjusting the connection angle.
