PURPOSE: To attract the attention of a person by providing a device which connects either a sound signal supplied by an electroacoustic transducer or a voice synthesizing device to transmit the voice to a voice amplifier, and makes the voice loud, thereby propagating a sound, an imination sound, and an environmental sound instead of a human voice in case of repeating the sound of the same content.

CONSTITUTION: After connecting a change over switch to the microphone 6-side, when a voice is inputted to the microphone 6, the voice signal is transmitted to the voice amplifying part 7 through the switch 14, where it is amplified and then transmitted to a speaker 2 and is made loud. In case of making the voice synthesized without using the humane voice through the microphone loud, the switch 14 is turned to the voice synthesizing-side, and then the signal is transmitted to the voice synthesizing device 5 through the switch 14. Consequently, a synthesizing voice signal is amplified and transmitted to the speaker 2.
