Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to obtain information and consultation about security, medical treatment, infant medical treatment, childcare nursing or the like not limited to emergency notice by attaining a voice communication from a place apart from a remote start terminal to various centers. SOLUTION: This portable start terminal 8 provided with a voice information transmission reception function ancillary to a remote start terminal 6 in a speech system 1 is provided with a transmitter-receiver 7 for transmitting/ receiving signal to/from a transmitter-receiver 5 of the remote start terminal 6. A telephone set 4 is started via the remote start terminal 6 by the operation of the portable start terminal 8 to make a voice communication with various centers 10 via a central relay center 2 by using the transmitter-receiver 7 of the portable start terminal 8.
