Abstract:
To provide a portable rescue gear that is for use in case of emergency in high-rise buildings and the like as one rescue method when for example the progress of geographic disasters hinders laddermen from accessing them.
For rescue operations from downstairs, the portable rescue gear is stretched out from downstairs balconies, windows or the like so that its sheet portion 1 projected can protect persons to be rescued from falling on the ground or encourage them to jump thereinto.
