To provide a portable screen with a projector which can be easily folded to be easily carried and also which provides a good-contrast screen image.

The portable screen with the projector includes: a tabular translucent screen 1; light shielding walls 2 to 5 surrounding space on the rear side of the translucent screen 1; and a built-in projector 7 which is attached to a projector supporting means (3) and is arranged inside the space surrounded by the translucent screen 1 and the light shielding walls 2 to 5 and projects a video to the translucent screen 1 based on a video signal inputted from the outside. The translucent screen 1 and the light shielding walls 2 to 5 are constituted to be freely folded/assembled each other. When assembling, the light shielding walls 2 to 5 intercept outside light so that light other than light radiated from the built-in projector 7 may not impinge on the rear side of the translucent screen 1.
