To provide a portable spraying and injecting tool capable of spraying a medical fluid or a lubricant to a female genital or the human anus which is a specified part of a person to wash the part and directly injecting it to the inside (inside the vagina or inside the anus) as needed.

The tool for washing the female genital and human anus and spraying and injecting the medical fluid or lubricant to the inside comprises: a cylinder 1 provided with a spraying nozzle 11 formed at the tip, a loading part 15 for storing the medical fluid or the lubricant and a space part adjacent to the loading part 15; a piston part 5 locked inside the cylinder 1 for sealing the medical fluid or lubricant filled in the loading part 15; and a pushing rod 7 inserted into the cylinder 1 in the state of being separated from the piston part 3 for pushing out the piston part 5 toward the spraying nozzle 11 when pushing force is generated.
