To provide a sensitive stethoscope where cardiac sound and respiratory sound can be easily separated from a voice signal.
The stethoscope which detects the cardiac sound and the respiratory sound by an IC (integrated circuit) capacitor microphone element is provided with a plurality of microphone elements 30A to 30E having resonance frequencies different from one other on a common electrode substrate 3A. On the electrode substrate 3A, diaphragm parts corresponding to the resonance frequencies of the respective microphone elements 30A to 30E are formed, respectively. At the diaphragm part, one of the electrodes of the capacitors of the microphone elements 30A to 30E is formed as a movable electrode. A fixed electrode constituting the other electrode of the capacitor is fixed to a position facing each movable electrode.
