Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device capable of temporarily stopping the rotation of a string reel by pressing the operation member of a mooring string-winding section, capable of locking the reel in a stop state by pressing the operation member in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the first pressing operation after the first pressing operation, capable of performing various operations by the expansion or contraction movement of a thumb, and good in operability.
CONSTITUTION: A rotation-controlling mechanism for releasably controlling the rotation of the reel 5 of a mooring string-winding section 3 is provided, and a rotation- energizing means (a spring, etc.,) for winding the mooring string on the reel in a state capable of drawing out the mooring string is also provided. When an operation member 8 of the rotation control mechanism is pressed in, a lock piece 26 is engaged with an engaging claw 28 of the reel through a press bottom piece 25 to temporarily stop the rotation of the reel. When the hand is separated from the operation member, the operation member is returned with a returning spring to release the mooring string. When the operation member is pressed in and further operated in the direction orthogonal to the pressing direction, a lock claw 32 is engaged with a guide member 33 to lock the stop state of the reel.
