To provide an easily assemblable/disassembable portable toilet, allowing a user to easily sit on or stand up and allowing a care giver to care the user in an easy posture.

The portable toilet can be assembled by attaching a toilet body 1 with an inside toilet tank 2 to the top of a base part 15. The toilet body has side notches 25a and 25b in the size large enough for inserting toes of the user at the center lower parts on left and right side wall parts 21a and 21b respectively. In addition, a front wall part 20 has a front notch 24 and a rear side wall 22 has a back notch 26. The base part has foot insertion surface parts 31a and 31b, a foot withdrawing panel surface part 30 in the shape hollowing inward, and an article storage wall part 32 with a space hollowing inward to the toilet body. The foot withdrawing panel surface part, the foot insertion surface parts, and the article storage wall part are integrally formed with the base part.
