Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable transmitter ensuring safety of traffic for kindergarten child, school child, elderly, and the like, that is readily acceptable in the real world, and can suppress traffic accident.SOLUTION: A portable transmitter includes a transmitter oscillating weak radio waves subjected to spectrum spreading by UWB(Ultra Wide Band) of impulse wireless system, for example, in the radio act provisions of 10.5 GHz band, not having a radio wave receiver function. Preferably, a crime prevention buzzer is built in together.
