To provide a portable trolley for carrying packages which allows a user to move and carry packages without disturbing the traffic of people or vehicles around him/her, and allows the user to prevent him-/herself from being involved in traffic accident due to alleviated burden while carrying packages.

The portable trolley includes a substrate 1 on which wheels 2a and 2b are mounted turnably, penetration supporting members 3a and 3b integrally projecting from both front and rear ends of the substrate 1, a grip 5 supported stretchably by the penetration supporting members 3a and 3b, projecting from the ends of the supporting members 3a and 3b, a reinforcing member 6 for decreasing the shock on the penetration supporting members 3a and 3b while carrying the packages, and configured to be held on the penetration supporting members 3a and 3b at any vertical position, carrying pieces 11a and 11b mounted at the upper edges of the reinforcing members 6 and holding or hooking packages, and a mounting piece 13a provided at the lower edge of the reinforcing member 6 to mount packages.
