To provide a world time quick-reference implement superior in portability and capable of being inexpensively produced and making local times of world principal regions known without opening a time difference table, depending on easily mistakable computations, or newly purchasing an expensive timepiece only by application to an analog timepiece on hand and to provide its method.
Time differences between regions on earth are ascertained. For knowing local times of world regions seen from Japan, by understanding the position difference of a reference time, for example 12 o'clock, between Japan and another region and reading a short hand in another dial rotated by the difference, it is possible to know the local time of the region in the world. By forming the another dial in the form of a single sticker or card, it is possible to provide the implement and the method capable of reading local times of world regions by such a simple method as to pasting or superposing it to a timepiece cover glass surface and see through.
