PURPOSE: To eliminate the handing of a slip wetted with water to a customer and customer's waiting due to the shortage of a form by sending a print request to another terminal device once print conditions are detected at the time of print processing and it is decided that printing operation is not ready.

CONSTITUTION: When refueling ends, data on the refueled amount is sent from a pump to a POS terminal. The data on the refueled amount are transmitted to an external terminal device as well. A water leak detecting circuit 43 detects the state of a water leak sensor 44 and transfers it to a CPU 31. If a water wet state is entered at this time, a slip is printed on another external terminal device or POS terminal device. The state of a form shortage detecting circuit 36 is transferred to the CPU 31 through a printer control circuit 34. When the form for the slip to be printed runs short, the slip is printed on another external terminal device or POS terminal device similarly to the water wet state.
