Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize the stopping error due to a slip, etc., by controlling a limiter circuit with the signal supplied from a detecting means for an object to be carried and therefore giving the calibration again to the output value of a counter. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting means 50 detects the tip part of an object 1, the signal is applied to a preset circuit 5 to preset a counter 6 and to start the control. The subject 1 is decelerated when it moves by a certain distance. If the object 1 has a slip during the deceleration and the carrying speed is lower than that of a roller 3, a limiter circuit 10 works not to set the output L positive until a detecting means 51 detects the tail edge of the subject 1. When the means 51 detects the tail edge of the subject 1, the circuit 5 presets the counter 6 and releases the function of the circuit 10. Then a motor is stopped when the coincidence is obtained between the set value Lr of a position setter 7 and the count value of the counter 6. Thus the subject 1 is stopped at a prescribed position Lr.
