Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to perform position detection with high accuracy by providing a light emitting element on a movable part, and processing a signal outputted at every projection of light on a CCD image sensor. CONSTITUTION:The video signal of the CCD image sensor 1 is amplified, and is inputted to a peak value detecting part, and the voltage level of the signal is compared with that of reference input by a level comparator 6, and the output signal of a differentiator 7 is compared with the reference input by a level comparator 8, and is inputted to an FF 9, then, synchronization is taken, and it is inputted to a latch 11 as a latch signal. Address data of twelve bits in an address counter 10 corresponds to the peak value of the video signal outputted from the CCD image sensor, therefore, the position of the movable part can be obtained at the address of the digital data of twelve bits.
