Abstract:
To provide a position estimation device that can inexpensively and easily estimate a position of an own device indoors.SOLUTION: A position estimation device comprises: a space image acquisition unit 31 that acquires a space image; a distance information acquisition unit 31 that acquires distance information from an own device of an object existing in a space; a map information storage unit 44 that stores map information including positions of a plurality of reference objects existing in the space and an actual measurement distance between reference objects; a model information storage unit 43 that stores first inference model information related to each reference object; an object detection unit 33 that, for the space image, performs inference based on the first inference model information and detects a reference object included in the space image; an object specifying unit 34 that, when two or more reference objects are detected by the object detection unit, specifies the detected reference objects in the map information; and a position estimation unit 35 that estimates a position of the own device in the space, based on the positions in the map information of the specified reference objects, a distance between each reference object and the own device based on the distance information, and the actual measurement distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
