Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by a constitution in which a plate spring is made of a plate which is parallel to an inner circumferential side of a case and in a slit-shaped at a film resister side in a rotary throttle position sensor.
SOLUTION: Several connector terminals 22 are installed by an insert-forming method in a cylindrical bottomed case 20 formed of a synthetic resin. A resistor 31 which several resistor patterns 29 and connection sections 30 for electrically conducting which are in contact with connector terminals 22 at the other ends of the resistor patterns 29 are formed on one face of a film 28 such as a polyimide film is installed in the case 20. A pressing spring 32 is made of a plate which is parallel to an inner wall side of the case 20 and in a slit-shaped at the side of the resister 31. A part of the slit has a projection section 39 which is fitted to a concave section provided in the connector terminal 22. Thereby, deterioration of holding force of the resistor 31 due to the lapse of time dose not occur even when a sensor is applied with strong vibration so that an output signal of the sensor is not varied.
