The positioning apparatus for respectively estimating the positions of a plurality of the stations (1, 2) and the internal delay times included in communication processes within the stations includes an estimation means for respectively estimating the positions and the internal delay times of a plurality of the stations by solving a simultaneous equation for a plurality of the stations based on measurement results of a distance between two stations included in a plurality of the stations (1, 2) and a radio wave travel time defined by the internal delay times of two stations.
