Abstract:
PURPOSE:To erase a relative dislocation between a servo head and a data head due to a temperature change by providing a pressurizing mechanism to load a pressurization in the radius direction of a bearing to the plural numbers of the respective bearings. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted by loading an arm to support a magnetic head 4 at a tip, a hausing 3, which supports the arm 2 through two bearings 5a and 5b to execute revolution support with a revolving axis 1 as a center, and pressurizing springs 6a and 6b in the same direction of the radius direction of the bearings 5a and 5b for the both two bearings 5a and 5b. Thus, when a looseness between the hausing 3 and the bearing 5a is generated by the temperature change, the pressurizing spring 6a is operated so as to cancel the looseness and in the same way, when the looseness between the hausing 3 and the bearing 5b is generated, the pressurizing spring 6b is operated. Thus, the data head is prevented from being relatively dislocated from a track to be positioned by the servo head due to the temperature expansion of the respective parts of the device.
