Title:
POSITIONING CONTROLLER FOR ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS621012
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stop smoothly a rotor at a fixed position at a high speed by delivering the switch signal which switches the rotor to its 2nd speed when the product of the 1st speed of the rotor and the time passed after a magnet attached to the rotor reaches a prescribed point. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 2 reaches the 1st speed, a speed arrival circuit 19 produces a signal of 'H' to close a switch SW5. Thus the signal of a voltage detector 12 is fetched by an arithmetic circuit 24. The product is calculated between the 1st speed set in consideration of the gear ratio and the time equivalent to said 1st speed with the timing where the level of the signal of the detector 12 is lowered by a fact that a magnet 7 passes through a point where a position detector 8 is set. Then both switches SW1 and SW2 are opened with the passing timing of said time. While switches SW3 and SW4 are closed and the 2nd speed command 17 smaller than the 1st speed command 16 is applied to a speed control circuit 15.
